Overview

At AO Lifestyle we want you to be happy with your purchase so we offer an exchange and refund policy however due to the nature of our business operations, we ask that you make your selections carefully to mitigate returns as much as possible as we are unable to accommodate every return or exchange request.

Eligibility: You may return any item purchased from our store within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging. We do accept returns for any items that have been worn, washed, altered or used in any way. It must also be in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Accessories

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping fees. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.  

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@aolifestyle.com.

Only retail priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@aolifestyle.com.

Shipping Returns

How to initiate a return: To initiate a return, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return at cs@AOlifestyle.com. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please indicate any manufacturing errors or customer errors (ordering the wrong size)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping fees: We do not cover the shipping fees for returns, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
